A fun romp, but this flick is ultimately held back by it's pg-13 rating.
In this movie, we follow sorority sister Emily Young (Lisa Ambalavanar) who causes mayhem at Sigma Lamda Theta after she brings home the homicidal sloth, Alpha.
Alpha has been taken from his jungle home by an unscrupulous exotic animal smuggler. Meanwhile, in the USA Emily is planning to run as president of SLTH (get it) against 'Queen B' Brianna (Sydney Craven). When Emily meets an exotic animal peddler at the mall he convinces her a cute sloth would be the perfect way to get the clout she needs to win.
Introducing Alpha to the girls turns out to be a huge hit, but uh-oh Emily doesn't know Alpha needs his medicine to keep his more lethal instincts at bay. Soon, Sigma Lamda Theta is a verified Slotherhouse. How will the girls escape this cuddly killer? Find out in: Slotherhouse!
I thought this movie would be pure garbage like a "Birdemic" but it's pretty funny and clever. For me personally, I could have used a bit more gore (it only has a pg-13 rating) but in all, it was a really fun go and would be a really good time with a group of like-minded friends.

If you're like me and love a good "person fights a stuffed animal" gag.
You enjoyed movies like "Mean Girls."
You like puppets.
There's a fun cast of characters.
